Who is eligible for our service?

• Our service is catered to adults over the age of 18 with learning disabilities.

How does our service work?

• Activities are planned in advance and you will be informed of pick up times, activity costs and any other information required on the day.

• Either Cory or Jon will be allocated to you or your family member. This is a door to door service, and transport is provided through the use of their own vehicles which are both fully covered for business use. 

• You or your family member will be in a group of up to 4 people. 

• Activity costs are not included in the hourly rate but with this in mind, we try keep our service as cost effective for you or your family member as possible.

How do we pay?

• Invoices will be sent within the last week of the month to be paid by the last working day.

• These sessions are usually funded via means such as direct payments.

• Our pricing is comparable to organisations of a similar nature and have been based the recommended rate provided by the council.
   

Complaints & Compliments procedures. 

• Complaints or compliments can be officially logged via email at coryandjon@hotmail.com.

• We aim to keep our service running at a consistently high standard and take any complaints seriously, as well as greatly appreciating any positive feedback.
