Between us, we have 25 years combined experience within the learning disability sector, operating within various roles and environments. We’ve known each other for 6 years and both share a passion for providing a service that really promotes friendship, inclusivity & accessibility.
MEET CORY
My first experience within the learning disability field was at a local college, working alongside a range of abilities and personalities. I gained invaluable knowledge and experience here, and it’s this role that really ignited my passion for working within the learning disability field. I have also taught at a special needs primary school, often leading classes & worked for a company that allowed me to support young adults in the community.
MEET JON
I have worked within the learning disability sector my entire adult working life. I spent many years progressing within a day centre setting, in supervisory and then eventually managerial roles. I managed a day centre in Barnet where my main role was community access & activities. I was the Hertfordshire Autism champion within my job role at day centre. I have since worked for a company, alongside Cory, in which we provide activities to young adults with learning disabilities in the community.
